MilSpouse Friday Fill-In #41
**DISCLAIMER: Parents and other people who don't want details should stop reading RIGHT NOW** - A very wise Navy spouse once told me that you should never wear panties on the pier. Well, I do wear panties, but I also buy new lingerie almost every homecoming. Besides that, we almost always grill steaks on his first night home. I'm not one to brag, but we make some killer ribeyes. My marinade is fantastic. So since he can't get one anywhere nearly as good as our's while underway or at ANY liberty port, it's the first thing he wants to eat.

Jason and I are very blessed to be able to jump right back into our lives as if we never left off. This hasn't applied to us yet, and I am so grateful.

I'm going to give you two because the first one is another "given". First - Watching Jason meet Katie Beth for the first time will never, ever leave my heart or mind. I won't go into details because I don't want to embarrass him.
Second - I think we have the same favorite memory of each other, and it's from the first time we were dating. We were at the Ole Miss/Georgia football game and we got stupid. My friends made fun of me for weeks for the way Jason and I acted during the first quarter of the game.. because that's the only quarter we made it through. The memory always makes me smile because we had so much fun.

Hmmm.. I've had a good run with tropical islands, so it would have to be somewhere in Europe. I love Germany, but I've been there.. sooo.. maybe.. Italy? Greece? I don't know.

OK I totally love "don't wear panties to the pier"...but that doesn't so much apply to me. So I'm going to alter a little for our situation which is "don't wear panties to the plane". Equally as awesome and a little more fitting. ;)
